Our Story
Ojalá Gelato was born from a simple wish: to create the perfect guilt-free scoop in paradise. Founded by two friends who fell in love with the magic of Todos Santos, we set out to bring world-class artisan gelato to the desert—without the sugar or gluten.
We use only the finest local ingredients—organic milk from nearby ranches, fresh fruits from Pescadero, and herbs from our own garden. Every batch is churned daily in small quantities to ensure perfection. Always sugar-free, always gluten-free.
